Essential Responsibilities:

All job responsibilities listed below are essential to the satisfactory of this position by any/all incumbents, with reasonable accommodation, if necessary.

• Provide excellent customer service while meeting company goals.
• Manage a daily call queue
• Takes payments and sets up future payments for new loans.
• Assists management with reviewing and requesting due date/ deferments as needed.
• Some skip tracing on accounts
• Identifies and recommends accounts for repossession
• Performs other essential functions as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to effectively handle difficult customers
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment
• Able to adapt to change
• Basic computer skills with the ability to type 30 wpm
