Summary: Micro Quality Calibration, Inc. is one of the largest privately owned metrology labs on the West Coast, serving various precision-driven industries. They are seeking two Customer Service Representatives to manage customer inquiries, build relationships, and handle pricing and order processing. Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service by phone, email, and in person - Respond to customer inquiries regarding calibration services, order status, and general account questions - Prepare and process customer quotes, pricing, and order information accurately - Enter and maintain customer, pricing, and order data within internal systems - Coordinate with sales, laboratory, shipping, and operations teams to ensure timely service - Process customer orders and follow through to completion - Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently - Maintain accurate records, documentation, and customer files - Build strong relationships with customers while delivering a positive customer experience - Perform other administrative and customer support duties as assigned Required Qualifications: - Previous customer service experience required - Experience with pricing, quoting, order entry, or data entry required - Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills - Ability to collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams - Valid driver's license, clean record, and U.S. citizen or permanent resident required Preferred Qualifications: - Calibration industry experience and familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 standards - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and business software Required Skills: Pricing, Quoting, Order Entry, Data Entry, Calibration Industry Experience, ISO/IEC 17025 Standards, Microsoft Office, ERP Systems, Business Software Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) w/ 4% match, Paid vacation, Referral bonuses, Team appreciation
