MISSION: In this role, he/she/they will Transform our Michelin Indonesia Talent Acquisition &  Employer Branding  through setting up governance, policy, and steering key KPIs related to Talent Acquisition for Indonesia Country Talent Acquisition Strategy for Indonesia aligned with regional and group KPIs, Policy & Governance and processes and gain talent market insights Functionally lead the Talent Acquisition network in Indonesia on upskilling and coaching Drive improvements embedded in sustainable technology processes and projects End-to-end responsibility for recruiting and proactive talent pipelining for Michelin Indonesia Any others Employer Brand Strategy for Indonesia Talent persona identification – create clarity on our key talent profiles for Michelin Indonesia Manage the social media strategy for Michelin Indonesia Employer Branding  – social media such as Facebook/LinkedIn/careers website, job boards and others Identify Offline employer branding key relationships – career fair, university branding and others. Best in class practice sharing and deployment for Michelin Indonesia Early Career strategy for Michelin Indonesia Lead strategy for early careers, including internships and other activities. Collaborate with Regional and local HR community (Talent Acquisition, HRBPs/PDP, HR Country, HR Region, C&B) Business partners (Indonesia Leadership team, Site leadership teams) Communication partners (regional and Indonesia communication team) WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Required: Obtained a Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent Minimum of 8  years of progressive experience in HR, with a strong experience in  Talent Acquisition / recruitment. Business Proficiency in English and Indonesian Bahasa.
