Job Description
Summary: MGT is a leading provider of technology and advisory solutions serving government agencies across the United States. The Sales Intern will provide sales and operational support, assist with quote development, and gain exposure to the sales cycle through customer interactions and follow-up support.
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with quote creation, CRM updates, opportunity tracking, and administrative activities
- Shadow Territory Sales Representatives and Account Managers to gain exposure to customer interactions and the sales cycle
- Assist with preparing customer-facing materials, proposals, presentations, and sales documentation
- Conduct market and customer research to support business development initiatives
- Provide operational support to improve team efficiency and support regional sales activities
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to manage multiple projects with varying timelines
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Currently working toward a bachelor's degree at a Four (4) Year University
