Summary: MGIC is a pioneer in private mortgage insurance, dedicated to helping individuals achieve homeownership. The Technology Operations Intern will play a critical role in supporting the End User Computing environment and collaborating with various teams to improve IT operations and processes. Responsibilities: - Collaborate in an Agile team to assist in improving and supporting managed devices and virtual desktop infrastructures - Work with End Users to understand issues or perspectives of our EUC platforms for improvements - Participate in testing and quality assurance efforts for Virtual Desktop image releases and updates - Review, understand and report on vulnerability management for EUC environments.
