Role & responsibilities

Primary purpose is to improve lead conversion, proactive customer engagement, and consistent follow-up through cold calling and digital channels.

Preferred candidate profile

Cold calling and lead generation for CRMs, PT programs, and chemical testing services
• Handling inbound and outbound sales enquiries through phone, email, and CRM tools
• Explaining product offerings and service scope clearly to customers
• Preparing quotations, following up on proposals, and closing orders
• Coordinating with operations and logistics teams for order fulfillment
• Maintaining customer data, follow-ups, and sales pipeline in CRM
• Supporting repeat business and long-term customer relationships
