Summary: Mesilla Valley Transportation is one of the largest locally-owned Truck Load carriers in the U.S., specializing in time-sensitive service. They are seeking a highly motivated Intern to join their Customer Success team, offering hands-on experience in logistics and customer service. Responsibilities: - Participate in various training programs to better understand Customer Success and Logistics goals - Participate in a mentorship program that drives success within the assigned internship projects - Observe members of the Customer Success and/or Logistics team to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness - Review current reporting needs and make recommendations based on trends/patterns - Take lead on assigned projects and collaborate with team members to drive completion - Support Customer Success and/or Logistics teams with administrative duties as needed Required Qualifications: - Actively enrolled in Bachelor's degree program with expected completion within 1 year of internship start.
