Summary: Mercury Insurance is seeking curious, passionate, and hard-working graduates for their Mercury Ignite Graduate Program in AI, Data, and Automation. This 12-month structured program offers hands-on experience across real business projects, rotations through key verticals, and the opportunity to develop and maintain software applications under the guidance of senior engineers. Responsibilities: - Rotate through assignments in different areas of Application Development, building a solid foundation in software engineering concepts, tools, quality engineering, and processes - Develop a strong understanding of relevant product areas, codebases, and systems - Write high-quality code for simple scenarios with good test coverage - Help with any Application System Support needs - Participate in Review of Design and Application code to ensure Best Practices, Adherence to Mercury Standards and High Quality Required Qualifications: - Be legally eligible to work in the U.S - Recently completed a bachelor's or both bachelor's and master's degree in an information technology (computer science, Electrical engineering, Mathematics and Data science) field - Able to provide a cumulative GPA, as reported by your school.
