Dir , Channel Excellence Location: JPN - Tokyo - Chiyoda Job Description Role デジタルマーケティンググループにおけるオムニチャネルスペシャリストは、配属先のSquad（チーム）において、下記のような業務を主に担当・リードする。実際に関与する業務内容は、配属先のSquadのその時の優先事項によって決まる。 ·       各種オウンドメディア（患者向けサイト、医療従事者向けサイト、採用サイト）のプロダクトマネジメント及び、デジタルマーケティング戦略の策定・実行 ·       コンシューマー向けデジタルマーケティングチームのリード並びにアクションの優先順位の設定 ·       アクセス解析や顧客フィードバックなど各種データの収集・分析や、ユーザーインタビュー等により、カスタマーインサイトを見出す。また、それに基づいた戦略策定・実行・評価を行う ·       グローバル本社と密に連携を図り（英語）、新規ソリューションの開発や導入、サイト/システムの運用・保守・ガバナンスを行う Experience ·       自社Webサイト/デジタルプロダクトの企画・運用経験（必須） ·       10年以上のデジタルマーケティング（SEO, CRO, GEO, 各種ペイドチャネル, ABテスト）の実務経験 ·       データ分析に基づく課題抽出と施策の企画立案・効果測定（PDCA）の実務経験 ·       HTML/CSS/JavaScrip/Pythonなどの知識・実務経験 ·       デジタルマーケティングソリューションまたは分析ソリューションの導入・設計・運用の経験 ·       （オプショナル）医療用医薬品に関して医師向けのプロモーションに使用させる様々なチャネルの特性の理解 · General Skills ·       国内並びに海外で勤務する様々な役割のメンバー（マーケティング担当者や、データサイエンティスト/アナリスト、IT担当者、営業推進担当など）で構成されるクロスファンクショナルチームをリードすることができること Required Skills: Clinical Medicine, Clinical Pharmacy, Computer Configuration, Digital Marketing, Management Process, Marketing, Marketing Management, Measurement Analysis, Operation Maintenance, Pharmaceutical Management, Pharmacovigilance, Program Management, Solution Preparations, Strategic Planning, Teamwork, Website Marketing Preferred Skills: Current Employees apply HERE Current Contingent Workers apply HERE Search Firm Representatives Please Read Carefully Merck & Co., Inc., Rahway, NJ, USA, also known as Merck Sharp & Dohme LLC, Rahway, NJ, USA, does not accept unsolicited assistance from search firms for employment opportunities.
