Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking motivated Spanish-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting Imperial Brands in Greece. This position involves delivering outstanding customer service and support to Spanish-speaking clients, helping them with inquiries related to Imperial Brands' products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional and friendly customer support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve product-related inquiries, order issues, and provide detailed information about Imperial Brands' offerings.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex customer concerns.
Stay updated on Imperial Brands products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information.
Contribute to improving customer service processes and overall customer satisfaction.
Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.
Experience in customer service, ideally within FMCG or related industries.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
Willingness to relocate to Greece.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
