In this role, you will be responsible for moderating user-generated content to ensure it complies with community guidelines, maintaining a safe and positive environment for Romanian-speaking users on our platform. Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content in Romanian to ensure adherence to community standards and policies.

• Accurately classify content and make decisions based on established moderation guidelines.

• Identify and escalate inappropriate content or violations to the relevant teams.

• Provide feedback and insights on content trends to improve moderation processes.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain and enhance content moderation quality.

• Stay informed about company policies, industry standards, and best practices related to content moderation.

• Fluency in Romanian (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.

• Previous experience in content moderation or related roles is preferred.

• Keen attention to detail and consistent application of moderation guidelines.

• Effective communication skills to explain moderation decisions clearly and professionally.

• Ability to handle sensitive content with discretion and professionalism.

• Familiarity with content moderation tools and online platforms is beneficial.
