Maintenance Supervisor

Mercer Manor Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance and repairs at our skilled nursing facility. This hands-on role helps maintain a safe, comfortable environment for residents and staff.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance, repairs, and work orders

• Perform inspections and preventative maintenance

• Assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building repairs

• Ensure compliance with safety standards

• Support and supervise maintenance staff

Qualifications

• Previous building maintenance experience

• Supervisory experience preferred

• General knowledge of building systems and repairs

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
