Summary: Marsh McLennan Agency provides business insurance, employee health and benefits, retirement, and private client insurance solutions. The Insurance Intern will gain hands-on experience in business, risk management, and insurance through project work, client interaction, training, networking, and mentorship while developing skills for Client Management or Sales career pathways.

Responsibilities:
- You’ll receive real industry training along with relevant work experience
- We host a series of national webinars that introduce you to our industry and our organization
- You’ll grow your network by working closely with your manager, mentor, and other interns
- Our interns will work directly with our multiple teams, learning the basics of our world-class insurance programs while supporting the actual clients
- We provide opportunity to meet with a wide variety of our industry partners allowing you to grow your career

Required Qualifications:
- Cumulative GPA 3.0 minimum
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required

Preferred Qualifications:
- Two semesters of college coursework studying in an area of business completed
- Insurance, risk management or finance coursework completed
