Summary: Mercer is a global leader in consulting, and they are seeking a Career Analyst to join their Career Consulting team. In this role, you will work with clients to analyze workforce strategies and provide data-driven insights to optimize business performance. Responsibilities: - Conduct research and analysis to understand industry and organization-specific issues that could include business strategy, corporate performance, compensation and rewards practices and trends, global expansion, and best practices in career management - Collect and examine data relevant to developing solutions in the various practices - Analyze clients' strategic, financial, and organizational information to provide insights for more senior members of the project team - Participate in team brainstorming sessions to develop client recommendations Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - 1 – 3 years of experience working in a consulting firm or corporate role - Strong quantitative and analytical skills - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills - Knowledge of data analysis, project management, and presentation design - Intellectual curiosity; seeking opportunities to develop new skills and apply critical thinking to solve problems - Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and communicate with others in a skillful and engaging manner - Flexibility to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing client needs - Superior organizational skills and strong attention to detail - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office— specifically Excel and PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications: - Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or data analysis platforms - Demonstrated experience in Compensation and Total Rewards Required Skills: Data Analysis, Presentation Design, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Compensation and Total Rewards, Project Management Benefits: Health and welfare benefits, Tuition assistance, 401K savings and other retirement programs, Employee assistance programs
