Job Description
Summary: Marsh is a global leader in insurance broking and risk management, and they are seeking a Summer Intern to work directly with senior advisors and brokers. The role involves helping clients identify risks and providing hands-on experience in risk management and insurance broking over a 10-week internship program.
Responsibilities:
- Exposure to diverse client accounts ranging from small local businesses to Fortune 500 companies
- Work alongside colleagues on high-level accounts and learn from our Senior Leaders, Account Executives, and Brokers:
- Shadowing, creating and/or expanding benchmarking reports
- Preparing presentations for client and or prospect/meetings
- Developing internal and external renewal strategy documents
- Collaborate with other interns across regions on business projects and through virtual learning communities
- Building a network of colleagues at all levels of the organization
Required Qualifications:
- Current Juniors with an expected graduation date between December 2026 to June 2027
- Overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above at the time of application and start date
- All majors considered
- Must have legal work authorization in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future, in other words, you must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Green Card holder at the time of application
