Qualifications:

Professional Qualifications:

• University degree in business administration or a similar field of study.
• Sound professional experience in one or more of the mentioned Business Administration fields (e.g., Finance & Controlling, Sales & Marketing, Purchasing, HR).
• Good knowledge of common business processes and IT applications in relevant Business Administration areas.
• Experience in process consulting is desirable.
• Business fluent in English; Spanish is desirable.

• Pronounced ability to successfully communicate with people from different cultural backgrounds and hierarchical levels, even in difficult situations.
