• Graduation (any stream)
• 4 - 8 years of experience in Retail & FMCG only
• Preference to candidates from Retail & FMCG industries only

Job Role Includes:
• Monitor daily operations, including billing, stock levels, and customer flow
• Implement strategies to increase footfall and enhance customer retention
• Manage stock replenishment and shrinkage control
• Ensure proper merchandising, visual displays, and adherence to brand standards
• Conduct regular audits to maintain optimum inventory levels
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving queries and complaints
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly store environment
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and statutory norms
• Drive sales targets and profitability for the store
