Summary: MEMIC is seeking a Business Intelligence intern who is passionate about data and its impact on decision-making. The role involves assisting with data mapping, cleaning reports, and supporting the BI team with analytics projects, providing a hands-on experience in a corporate environment. Responsibilities: - Assist with data mapping and documentation to help us understand where everything lives and how it all connects - Clean up, consolidate, and standardize reports so our insights are sharp, accurate, and easy to use - Outline processes and identify improvements — and even help brainstorm solutions - Participate in cross‑functional training and knowledge sharing to learn how different teams use data - Support the BI team with data scrubbing, manipulation, and descriptive analytics - Help test new systems and assist with monthly or ad‑hoc reporting - Use Power BI to build dashboards and visualizations for teams across the company - Contribute to data‑related projects across the MEMIC Group and see how your work drives decisions Required Qualifications: - Pursuing an Associate's degree or higher - Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau or SQL - Strong Excel skills - Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational habits - Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset Required Skills: Power BI, SQL Important Skills: Tableau, Excel Nice-to-Have Skills: Collaborative mindset
