Responsibilities:

• Provide HR advisory and consulting services to clients.

• Represent the company professionally during client meetings, presentations and business discussions.

• Conduct one-on-one HR coaching and advisory sessions for employees, managers and leaders.
• Plan and deliver group training sessions, workshops and HR awareness programs.
• Conduct leadership, employee engagement and team-building sessions.
• Be comfortable speaking in front of a camera, interviewing professionals and engaging audiences through online content.
• Participate in and host HR-focused video sessions, interviews and online shows.
