Role & responsibilities

1. Equipment Planning & Allocation

Decide what machinery is needed for projects.

Ensure optimal utilization (avoid idle equipment).

Coordinate movement of machines between sites.

2. Operation Management

Oversee daily functioning of equipment

Ensure machines are used safely and efficiently

Monitor operator performance and productivity

3. Maintenance & Repairs

4. Cost Control

5. Safety Compliance

6. Inventory & Documentation

7. Vendor & Procurement Management

8. Logistics & Mobilization of Assets
