The Customer Contract Coord IV provides end-to-end operational support for pricing, contracting, and commercial execution activities, partnering closely with Sales, Pricing, Finance, and other cross-functional teams. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of pricing requests, contract updates, and price reports, while maintaining a strong focus on service levels, data quality, and process consistency.
The position plays a key role in supporting contract analysts by translating business needs into operational actions, identifying issues proactively, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across contracting and pricing workflows.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Support end-to-end contracting and pricing processes, including price validations, contract updates, rebates, credits, and deal support activities
Review, analyze, and process requests ensuring accuracy, compliance with internal guidelines, and adherence to defined SLAs
Ensure data integrity across systems (e.g., pricing tools, ERP, CRM) and support reconciliation or follow-up activities as needed
Identify process gaps, recurring issues, or inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives
Maintain proper documentation and follow established SOPs to ensure audit readiness and operational consistency
Required Knowledge and Experience:
High School Diploma
Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
3+ years of experience working with pricing, contracting, or commercial operations processes preferred
