Job Description
Occupational Therapist - Sydney (St George area) | Community
Occupational Therapist — Sydney (St George area) | Mixed community & private practice Join an award-winning community-focused allied health provider
Are you an Occupational Therapist who loves the variety of a mixed caseload — working with children and adults, moving between the clinic and the community, and being part of a business that's genuinely woven into the local community it serves?
If so, this one is worth a look.
About the role
Our client is a well-established, award-winning allied health provider in Sydney's St George area — recognised locally for their contribution to community services and nationally as a small business finalist. They're a values-led team led by a hands-on CEO, and they're looking for an OT to join their growing practice.
You'll enjoy a mixed caseload — approximately 70% paediatric and 30% adult, delivered through a combination of clinic-based and community-based work depending on client needs. Plenty of clinical variety, and the chance to build long-term relationships with the families and individuals you work with.
What's on offer
- Competitive salary package, negotiated based on your experience
- Mixed clinic and community work — no two days the same
- Meaningful, community-connected caseload with children and adults
- Supportive, values-led team culture
- Direct access to the CEO and clinical leadership — your voice matters here
- Genuine career development and progression opportunities
- Sydney-based role with an established, growing client base
Who this suits
- AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist
- Enjoys working across both paediatric and adult populations
- Comfortable moving between clinic and community settings
- Warm, adaptable, and community-minded
- Driver's licence and own vehicle preferred (community visits involved)
- Australian working rights
New graduates with strong placements and experienced OTs looking for a values-aligned home are both encouraged to apply.
