Operations Manager at MCX International, Inc. in Quezon City

Key Responsibilities

A. Operations Management

• Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and process improvements.
• Monitor operational performance and ensure timely completion of business objectives.
• Identify operational risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

B. People Management

• Supervise, coach, and evaluate department heads, supervisors, and operational staff.
• Set performance targets and monitor employee productivity.
• Coordinate with HR regarding manpower planning, recruitment, training, and employee performance.
• Promote accountability, teamwork, discipline, and continuous improvement.

C. Financial and Cost Control

• Prepare and monitor operational budgets and expenditures.
• Control operating costs and maximize the utilization of company resources.
• Review financial and operational reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Support profitability and revenue-growth initiatives.

D. Performance Monitoring

• Establish and monitor KPIs, operational targets, and service standards.
• Prepare regular operations reports for the General Manager and Top Management.
• Analyze performance gaps and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, applicable laws, and regulatory requirements.

E. Coordination and Strategic Planning

• Coordinate with Sales, HR, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Warehouse, and other relevant departments.
• Translate management directives into actionable operational plans.
• Lead operational meetings and follow up on agreed action items.
• Recommend strategies to improve customer satisfaction, productivity, and business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant operations management experience, preferably with supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
• Experience in manufacturing, trading, automotive after-sales service, distribution, or a related industry is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting, inventory control, process improvement, and KPI monitoring.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and business reporting tools.
• Willing to work onsite and travel when required.

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
