Responsibilities
- Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately
- Test-drive vehicles and diagnose issues using the latest diagnostic tools and service equipment
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, electrical, and A/C
- Communicate with Service Advisors about recommended additional work and repair timelines
- Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Service Technician experience (preferred)
- Ford Certification preferred
- B-level qualifications, including diagnostics, electrical, and engine repair
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills with ability to use diagnostic equipment
- Excellent customer service and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
