Pay
$19.67 - $25.39 / hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (flexible hours as needed)
This position is designated as hybrid with a minimum of three days onsite; however, due to business needs and the collaborative, fast-paced nature of the role, the position will typically work onsite five days per week
With manager approval, occasional flexibility to work remotely may be available, generally up to two days per week

Job Summary
McKee Foods Corporation is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Corporate Talent Acquisition Team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the recruiting and HR teams at multiple locations with the job requisition process and assisting the Corporate Talent Acquisition Team (including manufacturing, transportation, field sales, and corporate) with a variety of recruiting and administrative support responsibilities.
This position operates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment that requires the ability to manage a heavy workload, quickly shift priorities, and regularly move from one task to another. The role requires responsiveness to urgent job requisition requests, questions, and recruiting needs, often with minimal lead time.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage job requisition process in Workday for all locations
Provide support and be a technical resource in the job posting process
Audit the recruiting and posting process in Workday and provide feedback when needed
Create and maintain questions/questionnaires for job applications in Workday
Post jobs to colleges/universities and professional organizations per request
Schedule candidate assessments and interviews (internal and external) and correspond with candidates and interview teams
Assist with completing new hire paperwork and onboarding tasks (schedule drug screens, physicals, and orientation and enter I-9s, background checks, etc.)
Assist with research on applicants, former employees, or temp workers as needed
Assist with candidate inquiries and communication
Compile and scan interview documents
Assist with recruiting lunches, career fairs, or other events as needed
Assist with university career fair registrations and place orders for career fair supplies as necessary
Complete payment requests for applicant expenses
Provide assistance supporting the Career Resources site on SharePoint
Required Qualifications
1 year of college (>31 semester hours) with 1 year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience (2 years of experience = 1 year of education)
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize daily tasks
Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills
High level of integrity and professionalism
Excellent customer service and phone skills
Excellent writing skills with the ability to proofread and edit
Self-starter with the ability to work independently with limited supervision
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to support multiple individuals with changing priorities and frequent interruptions
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Ability to type at least 35 WPM (words per minute)
2 years of experience in a recruiting administrative role
Experience with Workday Recruiting or other applicant tracking systems
Experience with Google Workspace for Business
Experience with Docusign template creation and envelope management
