• Greet customers and guide them through the repair and maintenance process
• Recommend service and maintenance options based on customer needs
• Explain service costs and provide accurate estimates
• Schedule service appointments and communicate with customers
• Offer service specials and additional maintenance opportunities
• Monitor vehicles from service-bay entry through completion
• Review completed work with customers and ensure their satisfaction
• Maintain a high CSI score
• Work closely with technicians and the Service Department team
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Verifiable Automotive Service Advisor experience, including CSI and employment history
• Evening and Saturday availability is especially valuable
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Computer proficiency
• Automotive mechanical knowledge
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Valid driver's license and good driving record
