Applications & Web Support Lead at Mayvin in Illinois

Mayvin is seeking an experienced Application & Web Support Lead to oversee application sustainment and web services supporting the U.S. Army Transportation Command’s global IT environment. This position will lead the development, maintenance, testing, and modernization of SharePoint Online, web applications, and other mission-support systems. The Application & Web Support Lead will coordinate with Government stakeholders and technical teams to deliver secure, reliable, and user-focused application services.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must have an active Secret clearance.
Responsibilities:
Leading application development, sustainment, maintenance, and modernization activities
Managing SharePoint Online and designated web applications
Coordinating application enhancements, releases, upgrades, and configuration changes
Overseeing secure coding, software testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution
Maintaining application availability, performance, security, and user accessibility
Supporting RMF documentation and system Authorization to Operate requirements
Managing application vulnerabilities, patches, security controls, and remediation activities.
Coordinating requirements with Government stakeholders, users, cybersecurity teams, and infrastructure personnel
Maintaining source code, technical documentation, configurations, and standard operating procedures
Managing application interfaces, integrations, databases, and dependencies
Prioritizing support requests, development tasks, and emerging mission requirements
Reporting application status, risks, outages, performance issues, and corrective actions to Government stakeholders
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, information systems, information technology, or related discipline
Experience supporting SharePoint Online, custom web applications, workflows, dashboards, permissions, and content management
Experience diagnosing software defects, deploying code corrections, and managing application configurations
Experience with application development, automation, system integration, data analytics, and workflow modernization
Preferred Qualifications:
CSSLP or GSEC certification
Knowledge of secure software-development practices and Section 508 accessibility requirements
Experience leading technical teams and supporting applications within a DoD environment
