Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  
• Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients on direct taxes, indirect taxes, FEMA regulations, and other relevant laws.
  
• Maintain accurate records of client transactions and provide timely updates on financial performance.

• Provide support on various projects related to finance and accounting.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong knowledge of Company Law, FEMA regulations, Auditing standards (AS), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Direct Tax Laws & Indirect Tax Laws.
  
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for preparation of financial statements.
