Implementation Analyst at Maybern in New York, NY

Summary: Maybern is transforming the way private fund managers effectively manage their funds through cutting edge technology. As an Implementation Analyst, you'll implement software for private fund clients, translating their complex requirements into working solutions while building trusted relationships with fund managers. Responsibilities: - Own the end-to-end implementation process for new clients - Work closely with Client Success, Solutions, Product, and Engineering - Build relationships with clients, plan onboarding and roll-out processes for new fund managers, and evaluate product enhancements - Analyze key requirements for clients to help Product Managers prioritize the product roadmap - Deliver on key milestones throughout the entire life of the project while managing the relationship with clients - Help to train clients on complex fund software and support them as they adopt the product Required Qualifications: - Have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or related quantitative field - Have 1-3 years of experience in a technical client-facing role (e.g., technical onboarding, solution consulting, implementation) - Are proficient in Microsoft Excel - Have strong project management skills - Have a heightened attention to detail that can be applied to the translation of a variety of private fund structures and calculations into a flexible software solution - Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and are comfortable interacting with clients - Are comfortable with and excited about using AI tools to enhance productivity and problem-solving in your daily work Required Skills: Technical client-facing experience, Microsoft Excel, Project management skills Important Skills: Bachelor's degree in relevant field Nice-to-Have Skills: AI tools proficiency, Collaborative Benefits: Comprehensive healthcare benefits, Maybern covers 100% of medical, dental, and vision premiums, HSA & FSA plans, Family-Friendly policies, Paid parental leave, Flexible schedule, Flexible PTO / sick leave, WFH as needed to fit your needs, 401k
