We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time, Full-Time Financial Specialist. In this role, you will assist clients with various financial services, provide guidance on financial products, and ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience. This position offers flexible hours and is ideal for individuals looking to learn about financial services and help break generational curses on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with inquiries related to investments, and financial products.
• Conduct financial needs analyses to understand clients' goals and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including applications, and account maintenance.
• Educate clients on available financial service products and retirement planning services.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Resolve client issues and escalate complex matters to senior staff as needed.
• Stay informed about industry trends and changes in financial regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Participate in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in financial transactions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability to work part-time hours
• Thursday nights 6:15pm and Saturday mornings at 10am are strongly recommended for training
