Graphic Design Intern (PHX) at Matthews™ in Scottsdale, AZ

Summary: Matthews™ is a company focused on providing unique and compelling visual solutions to develop its brand. They are seeking a Graphic Design Intern to design and format various marketing materials while adhering to corporate brand standards. Responsibilities: - Design and format Digital and Print marketing materials including brochures, flyers, invitations, social media posts, postcards, and other marketing collateral - Manage projects in a timely manner with collaborating with vendors and various departments of Matthews - Coordinate with vendors to deliver print materials - Provide cost analysis of projected quotes - Coordinate production of materials including gathering printing bids, packaging artwork and assembling final layouts for printers, preparing notes and instructions for printers and other vendors Required Qualifications: - Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team - Must have advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere and AfterEffects - Must be detail oriented, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, extremely professional, and customer service oriented Preferred Qualifications: - Ability to communicate effectively and develop working relationships among all disciplines and across all levels of company - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, while remaining extremely professional, and customer service oriented - Ability to be detail oriented in all aspect of work product - Detail oriented, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, extremely professional, and customer service oriented - Video production experience a plus (Premiere & After Effects) Required Skills: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Video production, Customer service orientation, work independently and as part of a team
