Job Description:

Role: CCTV Installation Technician (Field Role)

Location: Thane, Maharastra.

Qualification: ITI, Diploma / Any Degree (Relevent to Role)

1. Installation & Setup: Perform on-site installation of CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and related security equipment as per client requirements.

2. System Configuration: Configure and calibrate systems for optimal video quality, including IP address assignment and network integration.

3. Cable Management: Lay, connect, and test cables (coaxial, Cat5/6, fiber optics) for seamless connectivity and power supply.

4. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to CCTV systems on-site.

5. Site Survey & Planning: Conduct pre-installation surveys to determine the best locations for camera placement and equipment setup.

6. Maintenance & Upgrades: Provide regular maintenance, software updates, and upgrades to ensure system functionality.

7. Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to explain system operations, provide training, and address concerns.

8. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, service reports, and system configurations.

9. Compliance & Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and ensure installations comply with industry standards and local regulations.

10. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with project managers, network teams, and other technicians to meet project deadlines and objectives
