Summary: Matrix Basement Finishing is seeking a Canvassing and Marketing Associate responsible for generating leads for the sales team in a cost-effective manner. The role involves developing relationships with customers, motivating employees to meet sales goals, and maintaining professional interactions while working at various events and canvassing neighborhoods. Responsibilities: - Develop and foster ongoing positive working relationships with customers - Lead, assist, and motivate employees to meet and exceed sales goals - Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees - Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis - Responsible for submitting all paperwork completely and accurately - Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity with leads - Ensure workstation/kiosk is clean, well-organized, functional and presentable at all times Required Qualifications: - Deliver excellent customer service - Strong verbal communication skills - Exceptional negotiation skills and outstanding follow thru and execution - Ability to meet deadlines and benchmarks - Team Oriented - Able to work a flexible schedule including varied shifts that may include evenings and weekends - Experience in Face-to-Face Marketing is a plus - Able to stand for extended periods of time - Must be able to walk for long periods of time Required Skills: Face-to-Face Marketing, Customer Service, Execution Benefits: Competitive compensation, Comprehensive benefits, Positive, supportive work environment
