Summary: Mott Corporation is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineering / Operations Intern to support their Porous Manufacturing business. The intern will assist in engineering and project documentation while gaining hands-on exposure to advanced manufacturing and operations support. Responsibilities: - Supporting engineering and project documentation, including standard work instructions, & process documentation - Assisting the Operations Engineering team with: - Basic design work for tooling and fixturing - Documentation of standard practices and processes - Data collection on new or improved processes - Providing on‑site manufacturing and operations support Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Willingness to work hands‑on in a manufacturing and testing environment Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with CAD tools (SolidWorks preferred) - Exposure to process documentation - Experience with 3D printing, lab testing, or manufacturing environments Required Skills: CAD tools, SolidWorks, Process documentation, 3D printing, Manufacturing, Lab testing, Willingness to work hands-on
