Job Description
Summary: Mastery Logistics Systems is revolutionizing the transportation and supply chain industry with its innovative Transportation Management System, MasterMind. The Implementation Specialist plays a key role in delivering MasterMind by handling technical and operational tasks to ensure the system is properly configured and ready for use by clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of future workflows and business processes
- Execute hands-on configuration tasks within the TMS platform, including Data Dictionary Terms user roles, scopes, permissions, and other system settings based on client-specific requirements
- Perform initial data migration activities, support creation of data migration templates, and conduct configuration adjustments in alignment with implementation plans
- Assist in the preparation, execution, and validation of UAT test cases to ensure proper system functionality and client satisfaction
- Support defect resolution in collaboration with the broader implementation and product teams
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the TMS platform through hands-on experience and structured training sessions
- Stay current on platform updates, new features, and best practices by participating in ongoing enablement programs and internal learning opportunities
- Apply newly acquired knowledge to improve implementation efficiency and contribute to client solutioning efforts
- Work closely with Implementation Leads, Managers, and Product teams to ensure that configuration and testing tasks align with broader project goals
- Participate in team meetings and client interactions to provide task updates and share technical insights when appropriate
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and a desire to build technical expertise in a collaborative team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of enterprise software platforms or transportation/logistics processes is a plus
