Title and Summary
Content Strategy Analyst IISummaryContent Strategy and Development (CS&D) provides the technical and operational information that customers and stakeholders need to do business with Mastercard. CS&D is committed to driving the business goals of Mastercard by maximizing the impact of content.
We foster solutions to provide the right content, to the right stakeholders, in the right format, at the right time. We accomplish this by collaborating with business partners to understand customer needs and deliver timely, high-quality information in a wide range of media and languages.
Overview
This position supports the creation, delivery, and maintenance of technical documentation that supports Mastercard products and services.

Role
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Engineers, Testers, etc.) to create and update technical content
•Accountable for the successful completion of high-quality projects within the technical writing function
•Ensure documentation aligns with CS&D writing standards
•Manage the review lifecycle and address input and feedback from internal business partners and external customers
•Provide excellent customer service to business partners and customers
•Author content in XML or Markdown for creation and editing
•Publish technical content to multiple platforms and output types, including PDF, HTML, Wiki, and online help

•Experience with or willingness to learn CMS and authoring tools (Ixiasoft, Oxygen, xMetal, Visual Studio Code)
•Basic understanding of DITA/XML, HTML, and PDF
•Experience with MSTP, Chicago, or other technical publication guidelines

Pay Ranges
O'Fallon, Missouri: $76,000 - $127,000 USD
