MEP Manager at Master Bin Karam Construction L.L.C in Sharjah

Job Overview: We are looking for a hands-on MEP Manager to oversee all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Civil defense, and firefighting installations for our building projects, ensuring full alignment with structural schedules and UAE municipal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- System Supervision: Lead and coordinate MEP site installation, testing, and commissioning activities.

- Design Review: Inspect shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.

- Coordination: Align mechanical, electrical, and plumbing layouts seamlessly with civil and structural works.

- Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to UAE codes, local authority standards, and high quality benchmarks.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

- Minimum 10+ years of total experience, with solid hands-on exposure to UAE construction practices and MEP regulations.

- Must have a valid UAE Driver's License (own car is an advantage for commuting between project sites).

- Strong capability to manage site execution and coordinate smoothly with consultants and subcontractors.
