Accounting & Logistics Coordinator, Red Bank NJ $20HR - $28HR

Are you looking for a full-time opportunity where your accounting experience can be combined with logistics and international shipping? We are looking for an Accounting & Logistics Coordinator to join the accounting division of a company in an in-office position. Knowledge of QuickBooks, logistics, and international shipping would be especially helpful for this opportunity.

Responsibilities of the Accounting & Logistics Coordinator:

• Support the accounting division with daily responsibilities and activities.

• Work with accounting information and related documentation.

• Utilize QuickBooks as part of the accounting process.

• Assist with logistics-related activities and coordination.

• Support activities related to international shipping.

• Communicate and coordinate as needed regarding accounting and logistics matters.

• Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and organization in a full-time office environment.

Requirements for the Accounting & Logistics Coordinator:

• Previous relevant accounting experience preferred.

• Knowledge of QuickBooks is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of logistics is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of international shipping is highly desirable.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to manage responsibilities effectively.

• Relevant experience will be considered when determining salary.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Full-time, in-office position. HRS.:8am to 5pm

• Pay Rate: $20 - $28 based on relevant experience.

• Position is available immediately.
