Responsibilities.
- Coordinate the NPI (New Product Introduction) process.
- Support Pattern Making and pattern development activities.
- Manage Size Set preparation and approval process.
- Monitor Bonding & Heat Seal operations for quality and efficiency.
- Drive STW / iLearner implementation and operator competency development.
- Ensure all Pre-Production Preparation activities are completed on time.
- Coordinate Machine Presetting to ensure production readiness.
- Track and manage the QCO (Quick Change Over) Critical Path
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet production deadlines.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate in Textile from a relevant institute.
- Sound technical knowledge and sewing skills will be considered an added advantage.
