Responsibilities.

• Coordinate the NPI (New Product Introduction) process.
• Support Pattern Making and pattern development activities.
• Manage Size Set preparation and approval process.
• Monitor Bonding & Heat Seal operations for quality and efficiency.
• Drive STW / iLearner implementation and operator competency development.
• Ensure all Pre-Production Preparation activities are completed on time.
• Coordinate Machine Presetting to ensure production readiness.
• Track and manage the QCO (Quick Change Over) Critical Path
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet production deadlines.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate in Textile from a relevant institute.
• Sound technical knowledge and sewing skills will be considered an added advantage.
