INTERN - INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Information Technology Intern to join our team. This role will support the IT department in maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT operations within the organization. Trischel Fabric; a leading synthetic fabric manufacturer in the South Asian region and a joint venture between MAS Holdings (Private) Limited, Sri Lanka and Best Pacific International Holdings Limited, China.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.

· Provide technical support to employees regarding IT systems and applications.

· Support software installation, configuration, and system updates.

· Assist in maintaining IT equipment and network systems.

· Maintain records of IT assets and technical support activities.

· Support data backup and system security procedures.

· Assist in setting up computers, devices, and user accounts.

· Collaborate with the IT team on ongoing projects and improvements.

· Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.

Qualification and Experience:

· Currently pursuing a diploma or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or a related field.

· Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems.

· Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic IT troubleshooting.
