Manufacturing Engineer I at Marvin in Fargo, ND

They are seeking a highly driven Manufacturing Engineer to support a new product line, focusing on establishing manufacturing processes and collaborating with equipment and quality teams to ensure product standards are met. Responsibilities: - Identify and implement continuous improvement activities within production and business processes - Develop manufacturing processes, standard work and create and maintain process documentation - Actively deploy lean concepts throughout the organization - Support Process Lead in PPT/IPT projects - Conduct extensive data analysis for effective problem solving - Assist in analyzing, identifying, and resolving production line problems and lead problem solving groups - Develop and maintain production line layouts and jigs/fixtures Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's in Engineering required, equivalent industry related experience strongly preferred - Demonstrated project management skills - Strong communication skills with diverse teams - Strong understanding of manufacturing systems - Demonstrable creative problem-solving skills - Desire to share expertise and be open to others' ideas Required Skills: Manufacturing processes, Production equipment, APQP methods, Continuous improvement, Process documentation, Lean concepts, Data analysis, Production line layouts, Jigs and fixtures, Manufacturing systems, Project management Benefits: Health insurance, Paid holidays, Paid parental leave, A 401(k) retirement savings match, $300 annual wellbeing account to spend on what helps you feel happy + healthy, Better Living Day!
