They are seeking a Logistics Process Engineer I to support key logistics fundamentals through process development and improvement projects, focusing on safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction initiatives. Responsibilities: - Identify and implement continuous improvement activities within Logistics, production, and business processes - Develop processes related to Logistics, standard work and create and maintain process documentation - Actively deploy lean concepts throughout the organization - Support Process Lead in PPT/IPT projects - Conduct extensive data analysis for effective problem solving - Assist in analyzing, identifying, and resolving problems related to logistics and lead problem solving groups - Develop and maintain Distribution Center layouts and fixtures Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required - 2D and 3D modeling knowledge required - Demonstrated, strong written and oral communication required Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is ideal Required Skills: 2D, 3D modeling, Data analysis Important Skills: Process improvement, Lean concepts Nice-to-Have Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Bachelor's degree in Engineering Benefits: Health insurance, Paid holidays, Paid parental leave, A 401(k) retirement savings match, $300 annual wellbeing account to spend on what helps you feel happy + healthy, Better Living Day!
