Join Royal Canin as a Supply Chain Development Coordinator CEE and help drive strategic transformation, digitalization, and sustainability initiatives across our Central & Eastern Europe network. In this role, you will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, influence key business decisions, and make a real impact on our end-to-end supply chain performance.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Lead and execute strategic and operational supply chain improvement initiatives across the CEE cluster.
Drive the local Do It Best (DiB) program, supporting cost, service, cash, and sustainability objectives.
Design and implement new supply chain capabilities to meet evolving customer and business needs.
Lead the deployment of supply chain processes, tools, and digital solutions in collaboration with regional and global stakeholders.
Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives across planning, logistics, customer service, order-to-cash, transportation, and customer collaboration processes.
Represent Royal Canin CEE in regional supply chain forums, sustainability initiatives, and cross-functional business transformation projects.
Support supply chain-related tenders, supplier transitions, and procurement projects in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
Support Quality Management System (QMS) compliance and readiness for audits, ensuring robust and resilient business processes.
What are we looking for?
Experience in end-to-end supply chain, logistics, or supply chain development within an international or regional business environment.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives and deliver results in a complex matrix organization.
A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and translate ideas into practical solutions.
Strong analytical capabilities and confidence working with data to support decision-making.
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across functions and geographies.
Customer-focused approach, strong planning abilities, and a proactive, resourceful way of working.
Fluency in English and willingness to travel across the CEE region and occasionally within Europe.
