S&OP+ and Activity Management process specialist (m/f/d)

Location: DEU-Baveria-Unterhaching · Hybrid

We are looking for an Activity Management & MDM Governance Specialist to serve as the administrative backbone and governance owner across our major portfolio projects. In this pivotal role, you will lead the orchestration of our three core operational pillars: Activity Pipeline Governance, Master Data Management (MDM), and Execution Readiness & Reporting.

You will play a critical part during an exciting period of transformation—supporting our compliance with upcoming EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), steering the transition of our Master Data Management services to an external partner, and driving continuous optimization across our end-to-end Activity Management processes.

Your responsibilities:

• Activity Pipeline Governance: Manage the end-to-end project pipeline, ensuring clear milestones, process compliance, and seamless cross-functional alignment.
• Master Data Management (MDM): Act as the guardian of data quality while actively steering the transition of MDM operations to an external partner.
• Execution Readiness & Reporting: Track project health, proactively resolve bottlenecks, and deliver clear status reports to leadership.

Your profile:

• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder project portfolios.
• Strong background in MDM processes and a passion for data accuracy.
• The ability to navigate regulatory shifts (like PPWR) and structural transitions smoothly.
