What will be your key responsibilities?
Provide for a Safe Workplace
All PPE must be worn in compliance with the Legal/RC requirements
Enforce/Respect the safety rules and the internal policy
Stop any equipment / operative works / external company works if safety/environment protection/fire protection rules are broken

To attend any training program as scheduled by company management and train any designed person in the position
QFS
Comply and apply the non-conformities procedure (DQM)
Key person to connect between other functions and internal Supply Chain team to ensure smooth communication and action plan
Detailed Responsibilities
Master Data Management:
Responsible for the creation and maintenance of market product data elements in system.
Serve as liaison with other departments and assemble master data input information from key stakeholders.
Raise tickets and resolve data issues by working with relevant stakeholders to ensure data integrity.

Product Deployment:
Ensure perfect execution on new product development and product change management in coordination with Marketing, Supply chain, Regulatory and, etc.
Data Quality and Governance:
Ensure the data accuracy, consistency and completeness of the product library, by performing regular data quality checks and audits to identify and correct data discrepancies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and maintain data standards and guidelines.

System and Process Improvement:
Participate in system upgrades and implementations to ensure data is migrated and integrated correctly.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in master data management.
Work with other departments to develop and enhance data management tools and processes.
Training and Support:
Develop and update the documentation of market MDM processes.
Provide training and support to users on master data processes and tools.
What are we looking for?
• Associate degree or above. Computer science is a plus.
• Over 3 years’ experience in ERP operation or supply chain management.
• Good skill for excel operation.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Digital Tooling including Power BI is a plus.
