Facility Engineering at Mars in Thailand

Facility Engineering Location: PCH-Mars Petcare (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Job Description: 1. Operations & Utility Management •    Ensure maximum uptime and reliability of all critical utility systems, including HVAC, electricity, and fire protection systems, to support seamless production. •    Oversee and optimize daily facility operations, ensuring that all building infrastructures and production-support systems function at peak performance and efficiency. 2. Maintenance Strategy & Reliability •    Develop and execute Preventive and Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM) programs for all facility assets to minimize unplanned downtime and extend equipment lifecycles. •    Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for major equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence. 3. Financial & Cost Optimization •    Manage the facility's operational budget (OPEX) and contribute to capital expenditure (CAPEX) planning for infrastructure upgrades or asset replacements. 4. Vendor & Project Management •    Supervise and evaluate third-party contractors and IFM (Integrated Facilities Management) vendors, ensuring deliverables meet service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and safety protocols. •    Lead or support facility expansion, relocation, or engineering projects from layout design and budgeting through to testing, commissioning, and final handover. 5. Safety, Compliance & Risk Management (ความปลอดภัยและกฎหมาย) •    Ensure full compliance with local environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations, building codes, and factory laws. •    Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits within the facility areas to maintain a zero-accident workplace.
