Engineer- Reliability/Maintenance

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Define and renew/optimize maintenance strategic, PM plan and maintenance task through MSE methodology to make sure there is YOY breakdown and maintenance cost reduction.
Establish and renew spare parts strategy to equipment reliability and control maintenance cost.
Lead trouble shooting and root cause analysis for major breakdowns.
Establish and renew AHC roadmap to achieve equipment reliability.
Establish and renew control roadmap to support IOT and digital foundation.
Lead electrical/automation related improvement projects and take SME role in Electrical & automation area in other engineering projects.
Establish and maintain/renew electrical/automation standards.
Provide technical training to electrical technicians to improve maintenance capability.
Job Qualifications
College degree in Electrical / Electronic /Automation or equivalent area
Electrical & automation background
Change control and TRA (Technical risk analysis) AHC (Asset Health Check)
Project management skill (EWP)
MSE/PM Pillar, BDE DMS, P&S DMS
