Summary: Marriott Vacations Worldwide offers flexible vacation programs and is seeking a highly motivated AI Training/experiential Intern to support the rollout and adoption of AI tools across finance and accounting teams. The role involves developing training sessions, creating user-friendly materials, and partnering with teams to integrate AI into existing processes. Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver training sessions on AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Power Platform, data analysis assistants) tailored to finance and accounting use cases - Simplify AI concepts for non-technical audiences, focusing on practical applications such as reporting, reconciliations, forecasting, and workflow automation - Create user-friendly training materials including guides, playbooks, and quick reference sheets - Conduct hands-on workshops and office hours to support adoption and answer user questions - Partner with third party managed service provider to identify and implement AI tools for increased automation and efficiency in F&A - Identify opportunities to integrate AI into existing finance and accounting processes - Gather feedback from users and continuously improve training content and delivery methods - Partner with leadership and project teams to align AI training with business objectives Required Qualifications: - currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field with a very heavy presence in the AI space - Detailed understanding of and ability to explain to 'laypersons' AI tools and concepts - Experience with tools like Copilot, Excel automation, or analytics platforms preferred - Strong communication and presentation skills - Ability to translate technical concepts into simple, actionable insights - Comfortable working independently Preferred Qualifications: - Experience creating training materials or leading workshops - Familiarity with finance/accounting processes (AP, AR, GL, reporting) - Interest in emerging technologies and process improvement Required Skills: AI tools, Copilot, Excel automation, Analytics platforms, Finance processes, Accounting processes, Training material creation, Workshop facilitation Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer
