About the Role
As an American Sign Language (ASL) Fluent Support Staff, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental and physical disabilities, who are dually diagnosed, in a residential group home setting. • Supporting medical needs and appointments
• Following individualized support and behavior plans
• Encouraging community involvement and social engagement
• Completing routine overnight safety checks (for overnight staff)
• Working collaboratively as part of a compassionate, supportive team
No two days are the same—and every day brings the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
