They are seeking an Engineering Intern to gain hands-on experience in product design, testing, and quality while working closely with a Senior Engineer and the Engineering & Quality team. Responsibilities: - Our Engineering internship offers hands-on learning experience in product design, testing, quality, and manufacturing - As an intern, you’ll work closely with a Senior Engineer and the Engineering & Quality team, assisting with various projects such as warranty/root cause analysis, process control analytics and implementation, new product testing, and more - You’ll also gain experience in hydrostatic burst testing, grain analysis, and other product evaluation methods - Present project reports to senior leadership, helping to develop critical communication skills and abilities - This internship provides valuable, real-world skills and a deeper understanding of the engineering processes behind critical electrical systems Required Qualifications: - Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Engineering, preferably in Manufacturing, Process, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering - Rising Junior or Senior - The ability to demonstrate relevant skills and experience required for the role - Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills - Ability to effectively communicate issues and solutions to all levels of the team - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Cross collaboration skills - Proficiency in Microsoft office (excel, word, Power Point, Outlook and Teams) - Successful completion of a drug screening and a physical exam are required for this role - Ability to work in a manufacturing setting Required Skills: Manufacturing engineering, Process engineering, Mechanical engineering, Industrial engineering, Product design, Product testing, Quality engineering, Root cause analysis, Process control analytics, Hydrostatic burst testing, Grain analysis, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams
